This policy explains how UMRASTORE collects and uses information when you visit Islamic Greeting Cards, shop, or write to us. It applies to this website and to orders placed through it.
Who we are
Islamic Greeting Cards is a storefront of UMRASTORE. You can reach us at support@umrastore.com. The wider shop is at umrastore.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you send through the contact form or by email (name, email, message, optional occasion).
- Wholesale invoice requests (name, email, phone, company, shipping address, and the items and quantities you ask for).
- Order details handled by Shopify when you check out (name, shipping address, email, payment confirmation). We do not store card numbers on this site.
- Basket contents stored in your browser so your selection survives a refresh.
- Anonymous usage data from Vercel Analytics (pages viewed, country, device, and, when you arrived from an ad, whether that ad was Google or Meta plus the campaign name). Click IDs are not sent to Vercel. This is not used to identify you.
- Page views and add-to-cart events sent to Meta (product name, variant id, quantity, and price). This is used to measure ads.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, answer questions, improve the shop, and meet legal duties around payments and shipping. We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing email from this site unless you have asked for it in writing.
Who else sees it
Shopify processes checkout and payments. Our hosting and analytics run on Vercel. Google receives page-visit data from the Google Ads tag on this site. Meta receives page views and add-to-cart events from the Meta pixel on this site. When you continue to checkout, the ad click identifiers stored in your browser are included so the order can be matched to that ad. The contact form is delivered through our form provider so we can reply to you. These services only receive what they need to do that job.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept long enough to reply and resolve the request. Order records stay with Shopify for as long as tax and consumer-law rules require. You can ask us to delete contact correspondence by emailing support@umrastore.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@umrastore.com and we will respond within one month.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies and local storage to keep your basket and to remember how you arrived if you came from an ad, including Google and Meta click IDs and campaign parameters. Those identifiers are passed into Shopify checkout so the purchase can be attributed to the ad. The Google Ads tag on this site measures visits from Google ads and may set a cookie. The Meta pixel measures page views and add-to-cart events and may set a cookie. Vercel Analytics records anonymous page views and, for ad visits, the ad network and campaign name.
Changes
